- Three Books You Should Read This Summer -

Hello, everybody!

So- lately I have been reading an awful lot. Honestly. And I've spent so so so much money on books, that I've got literally no money left anymore. I shouldn't do that, shouldn't I?

Anyways, yes, I have been reading some books lately and I wanted to tell You my favourite three books what I've read. I just have no more time to write about more than 3, to be honest. I would spend my whole day here rambling about these books, if I would have some more time. Okay.

And I'm rating these books. I know, that when I say 'three of my favourite ones', then all of them should be 5 out of 5, but no. I loved the storylines, but I have something to say about all of these books, so.. yeah..

Let's get started!

"BEAUTIFUL BROKEN THINGS" - Sara Barnard
This is the story about a girl called Caddy and her two friends Suzanne and Rosie.
Suzanne is 'the new girl' and a great friend of Rosie, but when Caddy learns more about Suzanne, she becomes friends with her and that's where all the secrets unfold.
---
I actually had like a love/hate- relationship with this book. I don't know why, exactly, but I really felt like I loved this book because of the storyline and because this book concentrated more on friendships than romance.
I feel like I can relate with friendships more, than I could relate to romance. That's what I loved about this book.
And I wasn't really SO fond of this book, because of how stupid the main character was. I really didn't like the main character in this book, to be fair. And I know that this is a very rude thing to say, but I didn't like Caddy's decisions and what she thought was cool and right. That's all.
---
I would rate this book 3,5/5.

"THE ART OF BEING NORMAL"- Lisa Williamson
This book is about a boy called David, who wants to be a girl and a boy called Leo, who wants to be invisible and has a secret.
I'm going to leave it here, because I would give so much away if I said more.
And I want to say, that this book is so worth reading!!! Just read it. Please.
---
I really really loved this book, because of the storyline and because of the turns this book took. I could not see some of those things coming.
I also loved, that this book made me understand transgender people so much more and I absolutely loved how honest everything was in this book. Also, this book was about both: friendships and romance, if You were wondering.
---
I would rate this book 5/5.

"THE MANIFESTO ON HOW TO BE INTERESTING"- Holly Bourne
This book is about a girl called Bree, who 'is by no means popular'. She hates her life and school and her parents and she loves writing. So she starts 'The Manifesto On How To Be Interesting'. And she starts being interesting.
I'm going to leave it there, because this book is pretty much worth reading.
---
So... okay. Bree is a character that I actually quite liked, but not as much as I thought I would, because, yes, her love for writing is something I can relate to, but her decisions and everything she is willing to sacrifice for being "interesting" is just too risky. I would NEVER do anything so risky to just "be interesting", but this is the whole point of this book, so it's okay. This book took turns what I never thought it would and I have to say, that I enjoyed reading it. It was written very well, so it was easy to read and easy to follow. I liked the storyline and how it all turned out in the end, but I wasn't awfully keen on this book. Although, it taught me a lot, personally.
---
I would rate this book 4/5.

SO- this is all for now. Let me know if You liked something like this by commenting down below!

- My personal favourites troughout 2016 -

Hello to everybody who has got time to read my posts! I am happy to see You here!! ❤
I have been thinking about my favourites for the whole day today and I thought: "why not? I could write them into a blog post! I can do this!" and now I am sitting in front of my computer screen, my back against a warm fireplace and some Estonian music is filling my whole room, if You know what I mean. But well, anyways. My favourites are going to be TOP 3 and they're going to be in different categories, but I hope You'll still enjoy them and let's get started!! 😊

The first category is going to be.. (drumroll, please)
MOVIES
Well, I am a normal teenage girl who still likes to watch movies with her crazy busy schedule. 😊
I have been liking a lot of movies this year, but there are three what have been haunting me for the whole year. Let's go!!

An absolute gem this year. Honestly. I have no idea why I haven't seen it before, but it was honestly hilarious. I am definetly going to read the book as well this year, so stay tuned. 😊
But the people who are starring there are: Eugene Simon, Imelda Staunton, Tamzin Merchant, Matthew Goode and so many other wonderful actors and actresses. It was honestly hilarious.
It is suitable for ANY age. Honestly. Amazing.
Loved it a lot, as You can obviously tell. 😊

Absolutely loved it, as I really like Mia Wasikowska as an actress and Johnny Depp as an actor + I loved the book so much as well and I honestly am keen on the first movie ("Alice in Wonderland") si this movie is just my heaven. Being honest. And I propably have talked about this movie in my blog somewhere, so it needs to be good, am I right?
Suitable for any age.

..... I just love it so much, and I can't think about any other words. I am a crap blogger. 😁 But I have read the first book as well and I loved it so much.. and.. when it came to the cinema, I just had to see it and we went to see the bloody movie. And it was so great. It was wonderful. Loved it a lot. ❤
This is a bit harsh, so I could say.. suitable for 13+..?

BOOKS
Well, obviously. I am a HUGE booknerd, so I would be the worst person if I wouldn't type some books in here. Let's get started!!

1. "All I Know Now"
I just talked about it in my last blog post, so I am just going to link it HERE for You to read my review and HERE for an Amazon link. So You can check it out. If You want to read about it then click on one of these links and they'll get You there. ❤
The Book is by Carrie Hope Fletcher. By the way. 😊

2. "Billy and Me"
I just talked about it in my last blog post, so I am going to do the same thing like I did with the last post. Click HERE, if You want to see my post, and HERE if You want to see it from Amazon.co.uk.
I really loved this book. It is going to be one of my favourite book of my lifetime. ❤
This book is by Giovanna Fletcher.

3. "If I Stay"
I have talked about this book in my blog as well, so I am going to link this post HERE and an Amazon link HERE. I really really loved this book. One of my true favourites for my whole life.
Loved it. ❤
This book is by Gayle Forman.

rAnDoM tHiNgS vOl. 1
I just had no idea how to call it, so it's RANDOM THINGS. Don't judge me. I am a little bit tired and I am a crap blogger, like I already told You, but I am a human being, so.. 😊

1. Playing piano
Literally discovered it a few days before the 1st of January, so I couldn't really call it a random thing I loved troughout 2016, but I just typed it in, so it counts! Haa!

2. Playing violin
I am honestly pathetic. I mean You can obviously tell that I am a girl who goes to music school, can't You. I have actually written a post about my love for music, not so long ago, so I am going to link it HERE if You're interested. A huge self promo is going on in here.. 😁

3. Singing
Gosh. I am crap. I love singing. I do it every day. Like a psycho I run around the house and at least hum something all the time. Wonderful, eh? I think so! 😁

RaNdOm ThInGs VoL. 2
Couldn't get them all into only one random things section, because I am doing a bloody top 3 here. 😁

1. WRITING
Oh my marshmallow. Basically, writing has been my thing since I started to write. I used to write little stories and then these little stories got longer, but I have never published anything. My goal is to publish a book before I turn 18, but I've got a couple of years left, thank Marshmallow. I am trying my best. I have actually mentioned how important writing is to me in a post before, so if You want to read a bit mental- breakdown-y post, then click HERE. (Warning: mental)

2. READING
Well, obvi, isn't it. Scroll a bit up and then You can see what I am going on about. 😁

3. MY RELATIVES
(and You, guys!) You all have been very close to me this year. Thank You all so much. I love You all more than You could ever imagine! Love Love Love. ❤

And that was all. No makeup and no beauty things, because I am not that type of a girl. I am a bit of a boring girl, whatsoever, but I hope You still loved this post and leave me some of Your favourite things troughout 2016 down below! I would be happy to see them!!
I love You all so much!
HAPPY 2017!!!

Lots of Love

- Three more book reviews and I wish You all a Happy New Year! -

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY! I hope You all are going to have a wonderful new year full of joy and if You are not going to have a wonderful and a joyful new year, then I am really sorry for You.
(*hugs You tight to make You happier*)
But anyways! I got three amazing books for Christmas (amongst a lot of other things) and I read them all in 4 days. I think "whoops" is how You should call it? 😊 If You didn't know that yet, then I am a MASSIVE book nerd. My classmates make fun of it all the time and it actually seems a bit funny for myself as well, but I have gotten used to it and I LOVE reading. 😊 Never give up Your best hobbies (if they're good, of course) if You love them. Don't listen to people who think that they're better than You because they haven't got any of such cool hobbies like You do. 😉 Just be who You are and love Yourself like that. ❤
Let's get started and I hope You are going to have some great reading inspiration from here. 😊

The first book is a book by Carrie Hope Fletcher and it's called "All I Know Now"
It is literally a guide of how to grow up gracefully. (Just FYI: For me, as I am not religious, I think it's going to be my Holy Book when I am growing up and when I am trying to do it gracefully! 😁)
It was written very well and for me, as I don't speak or read English daily, it wasn't hard to read so if You're a foreign like I am, then I think it's not very hard to read it. (Of course, I am not going to promise You that it's going to be easy. Just.. for me it was.) But it has got a lot of chapters about a lot of things and for me, it gave me a lot of great advice what I will be using on growing up and when I am trying to survive my teen years. 😊 On the back of this book is written "A best friend in book form" and I think it's SO true.
Really loved this book! Thanks, Father Christmas/Mum and Dad!!! ❤

The second book is by Giovanna Fletcher and it's called "Billy and Me"
I absolutely loved loved loved loved loved this book SO much! It was a real pearl when I was reading it and I enjoyed that it just felt so true. It was like it's not a fiction, it felt like a real life and I absolutely loved that this book made my cry and laugh so hard! Honestly. It's about a girl called Sophie, who is working in her local teashop (where I was like: "OMM! A teashop! Yes, please!!") and she meets with a gorgeous Billy, who turns out to be a famous actor.. so the story goes on.
It is absolutely going to be one of my most favourite books of all times and I was really happy to get this for Christmas. Loved loved loved. ❤
Thanks Father Christmas/Mum and Dad!!! ❤

And the last book is by Amy Alward and it's called "The Potion Diaries"
I have got to admit, that this book wasn't that good as the others I've already written about in this post. I mean it still was a wonderful book, but I don't know what turned it down a bit. Maybe it didn't seem that good, because I had just read "Billy and Me" before starting to read this book and because "Billy and Me" was just such an AMAZING book, then I just didn't focus on "The Potion Diaries" that much. I will certainly read it again some time and it was actually very worth reading and it was very interesting, but it wasn't that good as "Billy and Me" & "All I Know Now" but still very good. (A HELLA LOT OF "buts") 😁
Liked it a lot. ❤
Thanks Father Christmas/Mum and Dad!!! ❤

And that's all. I know. I still need to work on my book reviews, but still- I got this one out as well!! Woo! I am really happy to have all these 3 books now and I wish You all a Wonderful New Year!
Happy 2017!! (Is it just me or not, but it just sounds weird..)
Lots of Love
*tight hugs*
Love, Roosi
